Privacy

  • Customer calling records are restricted to their workspace admin and assigned team members.
  • Team members see only the contacts assigned to them, in their own campaign.
  • Only the account admin can export data. Team members have no export option.
  • The platform owner manages accounts, licences and enquiries, not customer calling records.
  • Passwords are stored only in hashed form and are never shown.
